2025 the 17th International Conference on Education Technology and Computers (ICETC), which is co-sponsored by IEEE and University of Barcelona, Spain was held successfully in Barcelona, Spain from September 18 to 21, 2025. This year’s conference featured dynamic participation, with close to 150 attendees joining onsite and over 50 participants taking part online, highlighting the hybrid format of the event.

ICETC 2025 brought together a diverse global audience of researchers, educators, and professionals across education technology and computer science. The conference served as a vital platform for sharing ideas, research findings, and innovative practices in the rapidly advancing field of education technology.

The event supported both in-person and remote participation, offering enhanced accessibility and flexibility for attendees from around the world. Through interactive sessions and live discussions, the hybrid format facilitated meaningful engagement for all participants, whether joining onsite or online.
